Ashley is a Tennessee native, who relocated to Jacksonville 4 years ago. She began dancing at the age of the three, and has continued perfecting her craft for 25 years. Ashley grew up in a classical ballet, tap, and jazz studio before transitioning to an elite competition studio at 13 years old.

Ashley is a Tennessee native, who relocated to Jacksonville 4 years ago. She began dancing at the age of the three, and has continued perfecting her craft for 25 years. Ashley grew up in a classical ballet, tap, and jazz studio before transitioning to an elite competition studio at 13 years old.
After high school Ashley was recruited by the University of Memphis Pom squad, where she had the opportunity to compete at UDA nationals in Orlando, Fl. In her time on the team she competed in jazz, pom, and hiphop. Winning 3rd place in D1A HipHop her rookie season.
Ashley is a licensed cosmetologist, a Pilates instructor, and an NFL Cheerleader on the Roar of the Jaguars. In her time on the team she has received the outstanding game day performance award, and had the honor of being named Rookie of the Year her first season for her dedication, leadership, and performance quality.
Ashley now teaches Pro Prep on Wednesdays here at SJSD, offering a space for adult dancers to train for all professional sports dance and cheer teams! Her focus is helping fellow hopefuls increase their confidence, adapt to the NFL style, and gain community with like minded people who share the same goals and passions.

Ariana Ross is a four-year veteran of the ROAR of the Jacksonville Jaguars, bringing elite-level performance experience and leadership into every class she teaches. During her time with the organization, she has been awarded the “Spirit of the ROAR” honor twice - recognizing her team spirit, and positive influence. Ariana has also been noted for her outstanding community impact, proudly representing the Jaguars at numerous outreach and community events.
Ariana has had the opportunity to choreograph three dynamic routines for her NFL cheer team, further demonstrating her ability to teach, create, and lead at the professional level.
Her dance journey began at Scott Jones School of Dance, where she has trained since the age of 3 years old. She continued her artistic development at LaVilla School of the Arts in middle school, then went on to serve as Co-Captain of her high school cheer team and Chief Choreographer of her high school dance team. This gained her early experience in choreography, instruction, and mentorship.
Through her NFL Prep Classes, Ariana is passionate about preparing dancers and cheerleaders for the next level - focusing on technique, performance quality, confidence, and the expectations of professional teams - while helping students grow both on and off the floor.

Prior to her time on the Roar, Caroline’s dance career began at the age of 3 with ballet and gymnastics. She was a competitive rhythmic gymnast from ages 5 to 15, where she achieved Elite Level 10 status, was selected several years for prestigious training camps at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, NY, and won multiple State and National championship titles. Upon retiring from gymnastics, she joined the Bartram Trail High School dance team where she was a part of the 2019 NDA National Champion team in Varsity Hip Hop. She was later crowned Miss Bartram Trail High School 2020, was the Miss Senior High 2020 1st Runner-Up, and auditioned for her first season with The ROAR of the Jaguars in 2021.
Caroline is so excited to be able to continue pouring into the Jacksonville NFL cheer community now that her tenure on the ROAR is complete. Dance has always been a passion in her life, and she is looking forward to teaching dynamic NFL pro-style classes and reviewing ROAR audition material this NFL Audition Prep season!
