A Jacksonville native, Scott is a seasoned performer and educator with extensive training in dance, acting, and voice.


Scott is a former principal dancer with the Florida Ballet and was a featured lead “World Dancer” at Walt Disney’s Epcot Center. His performance background includes national television appearances, such as representing Jacksonville on “Dance Fever” and being spotlighted on “Dancin’ USA.” He has earned top honors, including 1st place in the Florida Community College Talent Show, the Jacksonville ESPN Aerobic Competition, and has led his studio in performances at high-profile events ranging from pageants and charitable galas to televised showcases.


In addition to his dance achievements, Scott has taught high-performance cheerleading at major universities and is recognized as an International Cheerleading Judge. His modeling and promotional work includes features in Dance Magazine and photo credits in Mikhail Baryshnikov’s program book.


A respected educator, Scott has served for nearly three decades as an adjunct professor of dance at Jacksonville University, where he also earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. He is a frequent guest instructor at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts and has taught for prestigious organizations including Florida Dance Masters, Chicago National Dance Masters, Dance Masters of America, and the American College Dance Festival. As a mentor to other educators, Scott has led Florida’s Instructing Intensive Training workshops for dance teachers and studio owners statewide.


Scott Jones’ legacy is one of excellence, creativity, and commitment to nurturing the next generation of dancers — a mission proudly carried forward as the Scott Jones School of Dance celebrates its 40th season.

A Jacksonville Beach native, Paige Jones has dedicated her life to the arts, education, and community service. Paige has built an impressive career upon her graduation from Fletcher High School and the University of North Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health.

A Jacksonville Beach native, Paige Jones has dedicated her life to the arts, education, and community service. Paige has built an impressive career upon her graduation from Fletcher High School and the University of North Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health.


As the Owner and Director of the Scott Jones School of Dance, she has trained countless dancers, leading them to perform at prestigious venues such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, NASCAR’s Daytona 500, Carnival Cruise Line, and a variety of major sporting events, including The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl and The Globetrotters.

Paige made history as an inaugural member of The ROAR of the Jaguars Cheerleading Team for the Jacksonville Jaguars, serving as the original captain for the first two seasons. Her talents extended to the national stage as a member of the NFL Players Party Celebrity Cheerleaders, performing during Super Bowl Week and appearing on ESPN. She has also modeled for several publications, including gracing the cover of Jacksonville Magazine.


Her passion for mentorship and the arts has led her to dedicate significant time to the Miss America Organization, training and supporting young women in competition, and directing the Miss Senior High pageant, a non-profit organization that helps local high school girls obtain scholarships for college. She is also a devoted advocate for children's arts and scholarship opportunities, serving as the co-programming chair on the Board of Deck the Chairs, a non-profit that promotes children’s arts education through public installations and events.

In addition to her contributions to dance and the arts, Paige has been actively involved in her community as a past PTA president for Sabal Palm Elementary and a longtime volunteer with the Jacksonville Symphony’s First Coast Nutcracker. 


Paige was recently featured in PEOPLE magazine alongside her daughter, a legacy cheerleader for The ROAR, in celebration of the Jaguars’ 30th season anniversary. Married to Scott Jones, she takes immense pride in raising their three successful children in Jacksonville, continuing to inspire the next generation through her unwavering dedication to arts, education, and community engagement.

Jared Wynn is a proud native of Jacksonville, Florida. He began his dance education at the age of 3 at the Scott Jones School of Dance, where he trained in all styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, tap, acrobatics, and hip-hop. Jared Wynn is a proud native of Jacksonville, Florida. He began his dance education at the age of 3 at the Scott Jones School of Dance, where he trained in all styles of dance, including ballet, jazz, modern, lyrical, tap, acrobatics, and hip-hop. He continued his education by attending Lavilla School of the Arts and Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. 


Throughout his training, he has had the privilege of working with many incredible artists, including Christopher Huggins, Jennifer Archibald, Jessica Lang, Gianna Martello, Autumn Eckman, April Wexelman, Brian Friedman, and many more. Jared has danced professionally in the First Coast Nutcracker with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra for the past 10 years, playing the role of the Nutcracker as well as many other lead roles.


Along with the Nutcracker, he has been a part of other symphony productions, such as Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and the annual Holiday Pops. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to dance all over the world, including performances in Montreal, Canada; Las Vegas, Nevada; Walt Disney World, Daytona Beach, Florida; local pageants; and many more. 


Jared is now the Director of his competitive dance team, the Jared Wynn Dance Collective, located at the Scott Jones School of Dance, where he has served as Assistant Director/Instructor for the past 12 years.
 

For the past 3 years, Jared has been an Instructor at his former High School, Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, where he teaches ballet and jazz in addition to setting choreography for the school's annual dance concert. Jared loves teaching and sharing his knowledge of dance with young aspiring dancers!

Throughout her dance journey, Anjelica has earned numerous accolades for her technique and performance. Her passion for dance played a key role in her success in pageantry, where she was crowned Miss Florida’s Outstanding Teen 2016. At Miss America’s Outstanding Teen, she was named the overall dancer, won the talent preliminary, and placed in the Top 5 nationally.


Currently, Anjelica holds the title of Miss Jacksonville. She serves as an NFL Cheerleader with the ROAR of the Jaguars, where fans voted her the DUUUVAL’s Choice Award Winner. Her lifelong commitment to excellence in dance continues as she choreographs at SJSD annually.

Brooklyn Devenny, a native of Jacksonville, FL, has been deeply engaged in her community from an early age. She began dancing at Scott Jones School of Dance at the age of three, performing throughout Jacksonville. Notable performance venues include the Jacksonville Fair, the Christmas tree at the Landing, the Gator Bowl pregame and halftime shows, the Beaches Parade, and various local pageants, such as Miss Senior High. Additionally, she performed with SJSD at prestigious locations beyond Jacksonville, including Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios, and aboard Carnival Cruise Lines.


Her passion for dance continued to flourish after high school as she made the Seminole Dance Force at Florida State University. During her time at FSU, she performed at the iconic Bandshell in Daytona Beach every year and served as Senior Co-Captain in her final year. Her leadership contributed to the team placing 4th in the nation in hip hop her senior year. Brooklyn graduated Summa Cum Laude from FSU in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in health and human sciences and a minor in psychology. 


Brooklyn recently graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with her Doctor of Occupational Therapy and is excited to start her career as an occupational therapist. She is so excited to be back at SJSD and continue her passion for dance by teaching the next generation of dancers at the studio where she grew up!

Amanda, a native of Jacksonville, grew up dancing at the studio starting in 1989.  She has trained in ballet, pointe, clogging, tap, jazz, acrobatics, and hip hop.  Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Political Science from the University of Florida.  She has been teaching publ

Amanda, a native of Jacksonville, grew up dancing at the studio starting in 1989.  She has trained in ballet, pointe, clogging, tap, jazz, acrobatics, and hip hop.  Amanda has a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Political Science from the University of Florida.  She has been teaching public school for over 15 years, and currently teaches advanced placement classes for Florida Virtual School.  Amanda is married to Henry, and they have three children: John, Jenna, and Julia.  As a history teacher, Amanda loves passing on the traditions of clogging and the joy of dance to the next generation.

Naomi was a member of her high school’s company dance team and the University of North Florida's Club Dance Team. She has been part of the Scott Jones School of Dance family since 2015 and has taught elementary students dance at Providence School since 2019.


Naomi’s greatest passion is helping students grow in confidence and creativity through dance. Inspired by the teachers who shaped her own journey, she is committed to guiding the next generation to discover their love for dance.

Maggie Radloff, a Jacksonville native, has cultivated a lifelong passion for dance. For two decades, she has trained at the Scott Jones School of Dance, gracing stages throughout Jacksonville. Since 2018, Maggie has also shared her expertise as an acrobatics instructor at Scott Jones, inspiring students of all ages.

Balancing her artistic pursuits with academic rigor, Maggie graduated from Jacksonville University in 2025, earning a major in health science and a minor in exercise science.

Laine Smith brings over 18 years of dance experience and a deep passion for teaching to Scott Jones School of Dance. She began her dance journey at the age of six and found a home at the Scott Jones School of Dance in 2017. As a versatile dancer trained in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary, she was a committed member of the Scott Jones Performing Group and the Providence Senior Dance Company, performing and competing in various venues throughout Jacksonville, FL.


Since 2015, Laine has taught a variety of styles, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and acro, working with students ranging from ages five to eighteen.  At Scott Jones School of Dance, Laine has taught ballet and hip-hop and has choreographed for the studio’s performing groups. 


Laine is honored to be part of the Scott Jones faculty and is passionate about inspiring the next generation of performers.

As a dedicated performer and educator, she has taught ballet and pointe at Scott Jones for over eight years.


Her performance experience includes appearances at Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, and aboard the Carnival Cruise Line with the Scott Jones Performing Group. She has also been a proud member of the Bolles Dance Company and served as co-captain of the Jacksonville University Dance Team, reflecting her leadership both on and off the stage.


Donya continues to share her love for dance through performance and instruction, aiming to inspire her students.

She has been assisting and teaching Providence afterschool classes since 2018 and is now the His Company Director. Amber’s passion is to cultivate and nurture young dancers’ love for the art and help them grow their talent just as her mentors did throughout her journey.

Charlize Rue brings over a decade of dance experience and a deep passion for ballet to her students. She trained intensively for four years at the Florida Ballet Conservatory and continued her education with renowned institutions including Boston Ballet, Alabama Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, Maryland Youth Ballet, American Ballet Theatre—where she earned high honors in the annual exam—Sarasota Ballet, Orlando Ballet, and North Carolina Ballet.


Charlize has performed in The Nutcracker for eight seasons, as well as in notable productions such as Les Sylphides, Cinderella, Carnival of the Animals, Alice in Wonderland, Prometheus, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Firebird with live symphony accompaniment. She has also competed at both the Universal Ballet Competition (UBC) and Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), where she was recognized as a YAGP finalist.

Mia Paravisini was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and started dancing when she was 6 years old. She started her dance career by taking jazz, tap, hip hop, lyrical, ballet and acrobatics.  Mia is a graduate from the University of North Florida and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.  Mia was a member of the Providence School Dance Company for 7 years and continues to teach at the Providence School after-school dance program.  Currently a ROAR of the Jaguars Cheerleader, she received the Veteran Outstanding Community Impact Award this past season for her upstanding presence in the Jacksonville area.  Mia is excited to share her dance technique with young dancers and enjoys taking class and performing with the Scott Jones School of Dance.

Skylar Jeffries is a dance instructor and fitness professional from Maryland. She began her movement journey as a competitive rhythmic gymnast, training and competing for 13 years where she reached elite level 10 status. She later graduated magna cum laude from Jacksonville University, earning her BFA in Dance and a minor in Exercise Science. She was a member of the Sirens Dance Team for three years and received the Excellence in Dance Performance award from the Linda Berry Stein College of Fine Arts.


She is trained in many styles of dance including ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, hip hop, and pom, and has worked with choreographers such as Jillian Mitchell, Brian Nicholson, and Huiwang Zhang. While attending university, she received instruction from notable choreographers such as Rebecca Levy, Lana Heylock, Katie McCaughan, and Yidi Lin. Notable performances include dancing a solo by Jennifer Muller and being cast for Jacksonville Dance Theatre’s 2024 concert.


In addition to teaching dance, Skylar Jeffries is a fitness instructor currently pursuing her GEI certification and works as a tabulator for national dance competitions.

Haylee has enjoyed performing at many places including Universal Studios, Walt Disney World, Daytona 500, Riversides Arts Market, Jacksonville Icemen games, James Weldon Park, and even on several cruise ships. She currently holds the title of Miss Fletcher 2025 and wants to expand on her pageant journey. Haylee has loved teaching and getting to know her students at SJSD!

She trains six days a week, teaches tap, jazz, and ballet, as well as participates in performing group and competes with the Jared Wynn Dance Collective. When she is not dancing, she will most likely be found helping run a sma

Abigail McCune is a high school student at Liberty University. She has been dancing with the studio for 12 years. She trains six days a week, teaches tap, jazz, and ballet, as well as participates in performing group and competes with the Jared Wynn Dance Collective. When she is not dancing, she will most likely be found helping run a small business at local markets. Abigail also loves tubing, wakeboarding, and spending time on the boat or at the beach. She has received recognition, outside of dance, for her efforts at charity events, and for being a published author. Her passion and personality makes her a favorite among students and a strong role model for aspiring dancers.

TJ Rienks has been dancing for over a decade at the Scott Jones School of Dance. His passion for dance began at a young age and was nurtured through years of training in various styles, including jazz, modern, tap, acro, hip hop, and ballet.


TJ currently attends Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, where he is a member of the prestigious Dance Theatre program. He has also been part of Scott Jones School of Dance’s Performance Group and Hip Hop Team for the past nine years, showcasing his skills at events such as Universal Studios, Disney World, the Daytona 500, and the Carnival Cruise Line. Additionally, TJ competes with Jared Wynn Dance Collective, earning multiple awards and titles over the past two years.


In 2024, TJ was named a Noble Prodigy by Artistic Dance Exchange, a recognition that enables him to assist at national conventions, participate in professional dance videos, and support competitive events in cities such as Dallas, Orlando, and Jacksonville. He has also performed for five seasons in the First Coast Nutcracker with the Jacksonville Symphony, taking on roles such as Baby Chinese, Rat, and Party Boy.


TJ is passionate about sharing his love for dance through performance, travel, and teaching.
